    They called my entire family and left messages with all of the with is not legal. FDCPA does not allow debt collectors to leave messages with third parties.

    It's a law firm Archaleta (sp). Rude when I asked for them to remove my number from the person they were trying to contact.

    called my uncle about a debt that is ten years old and not even mine.  Not legal by any means and they are rude and threatening when you talk to them.
