    They called me claiming to be from Microsoft and asked to work on my computer. They charged me meoney for nothing. DIdnt fix anything . When i called them again they asked for more money and when i refused they locked my computer . Always ask for the License number of the computer !

    Same thing here. Is it legit?  They scold you for not calling every month too. I'm still leary.
