Complete scam. They had a copy of my credit report and s.s.n. They claimed I was getting sued if I didnt pay them money today.

Why would they need a copy of your credit report?  If they were a legitimate collection agency they could simply order it from the credit bureau.  Nothing more than a debt collection extortion scam.

Call received telling me I was about to be sued for an old bank account

Said it was the Department of Documentation. Said it was in reference to case # 746643.
