What did he say

A guy named arthur sandaval (not sure on that spelling) left a message on my answering machine saying I have an outstanding debt and that I need to call him back to have the legal papers sent to me. I'm sorry, but if you have my number how do you not have my address if this isn't a scam? The lack of details makes this way too fishy of a call.

My husband got the exact same message yesterday on his voice mail.  Also, from an Arthur Sandaval.  Tried to call back the number and it is voice mail to leave a message.  Hmmmmmmmmmm  very fishy,

I received a call from an Arthur Sandoval as well telling me to call him about some legal papers they tried to deliver.

This is crazy. I received a call as well it was a Verizon bill from 2000. These people are threatening a judgement in my local court. Let them try it. I’m reporting them pronto to the Credit bureau.

Yup, just happened to me; same BS - spam loser...

I was on my business cell phone with a client, this # called 4 times back to back but left no message. I returned the call, a lady named Lidia told me that they were filing a lawsuit against me for $6,130.00 for a CC from Providian, that was a charge off 6 years ago but she was threatening.  I took her info and asked who my attorney needed to speak with.  I will know more by Friday what my attorney finds out.  These people are too much!!

Received the same call this morning. Have no knowledge of what he wants. Attempted caling the number blocking my info/call wouldn't go through

This guy called and used my deceased wife’s name.  Just a scam

I received the same message on my phone Arthur Sandoval. After reading some of the comments posted, it looks like these people are pulling public records. I had some hard times in the past, so I think they are using some form of data base to harass or threaten everyone.

Also voice mail on my cell from Arthur Sandoval - failure to deliver legal papers - call to avoid legal action.  Oddly, I checked my credit over the weekend (doing a refi).  I'm curious who Arthur is getting his info from.  My voice mail did not get the first part of the message so I don't know who he is trying to reach or if he gave a company name.

So, I work from home.  I'm here every day all day.  Nobody has tried to deliver papers to me.  Also 'legal service' or whatever he's trying to imply would be done via our local court and they should be able to give you a docket # or case #.  It's BS.

This Arthur Sandoval guy has been calling me, too, saying he has to deliver some legal documents pronto if I want to avoid legal action, or something. It sounds like a scam. If a court needs to deliver legal papers, they'll do it one way or another, even if it means banging on your door at 5 in the morning. Nobody has been round to deliver papers to me at any time. The thing is, many people are in debt, and they'll be scared and tricked into falling for this scam, which undoubtedly involves getting money from them. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

I spoke to "Jason" earlier today from 844-888-6250. When I asked for some detailed info he gave me the number 844-840-3153. He stated he was calling from TCG Associates and that I had an outstanding bill of $500 from CenturyLink. When I asked for the specific dates he couldn't give them to me. I don't ever recall a lawyers office, or judicial counsel calling people and threatening to serve papers for CABLE!!!! WTF??
