Had a tenant 15+ years ago at my home/address.   Just got a call from "IOA Group" with the request to call back 844-331-1205.   Calling back they claim to be "Paralegal Services" out of Las Vegas NV with documents.   While I was able to answer "yes" to "do I know her", I was unwilling to use false and misleading information to get them to mail me whatever these claims as I could not litigate under FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Act) for violations.   If you are outside of the Statute of Limitations and find this:  Set 'em up for a FDCPA suit.   I do so hope they call back and I can set 'em up.

Just so everyone knows... If you can't be served with a lawsuit (a real one, not this scam) then the suit is dismissed.  They don't automatically "win" unless you ARE served, and then just don't show up

I just got this same call.

I got the call today from Madison. Same statements as listed above... We have 2 failed delivery attempts legal civil matter...
2 numbers 8013169173 and then 8443527600

They just called to say I have been named in a civil matter and to call 844-352-7600 with a reference number.  I had a feeling so I googled IAO Group and it's a scam.  My mother is dying and this is so very cruel. If they persist, I will file a formal complaint.  These thief's need to get a real job!

My husband received a call stating they were going to collect on me for illegal civil garnishment. Gave a number for me to contact the phone number was 1-844-352-7600 I called, they had my name my birthday my home address and stated that they were attempting to sue me on a bank account that I had into thousand eight. I have no account with that company at the time into thousand and eight with the bank they were trying to collect from. I put fraud alerts on all my information in an effort to keep them from trying to get anything.

I just received a call at my work. The company that called is Document Services and I have a delivery from IAO group. Call this number back 844-324-3182 and ref #880195.
My son in law is a lawyer and told me this was a scam about 9 yrs ago.
