Reminder call for cable installation

Will be here in morning to have cable installed

A robo call claiming to be Time Warner Cable calling about an installation appointment.  I did not schedule an installation appointment and plus Time Warner Cable is not available in my area.  It is a scam.

It's not a scam, though.

Time Warner Cable alerting me of my scheduled installation appointment tomorrow. Left a message on my phone, too, which I would prefer all unknown callers to do.

It's legit.  Time Warner robo-message to confirm my appointment tomorrow.

It was legit -- left message.  Reminder for installation tomorrow.  No further action necessary, and that I would be getting another call tomorrow confirming that I would be home.

The call is activated any time you make major changes in your service as well as appointments to your home. It can also be their survey.

I just called the number and it IS Time Warner (now Spectrum)

Your post begs the question; if you knew who made the call, why would you come to this phone number search site, look up the number and post here in the wee hours of the morning (you made your post at approximately 3 AM EDT)?
Even if you are not a shill for a scam that is spoofing this number, your post is redundant and senseless.

Unsolicited calls stating I have an appointment.  Do not have Spectrum or Time Warner in my area. Blocked 1st number and they called from this number.

Spectrum (Time Warner) cable automated phone advising of my scheduled appointment time.  This is a legitimate call.

If you don't have an appointment with Spectrum/Time Warner, call them to ensure no one is coming out to your area.  This is not spam

Spectrum. Received call exactly a hour before schedule service installation. All good.
