SPAM APPLE SERVICE CALL trying to get access to my computer claiming virus

Scamer that gives you another number to call 844-857-0333 also linked to scam on apple devices

Sounds like a scam. The voicemail was an electronic voice describing something about my Apple devices.

Same as other reports, was directed to call this number by robovoice. Call was from 800-275-2273

Same scammer calling regarding a security issue with apple ID referring you to 1-844-857-0333 SCAM

I just got the same robo-call.  Same two numbers called from and referred to.

Received call from 800/275-2273, directed to call 844/857-0333

I got the same call urging me to call 1-844-857-0333.

Same  robocall re: "Security issue. Apple server detected suspicious hacking activity." Called 4 times 2 days ago. Call back #'s are 844-857-0333 & 877-252-8067.
Wondering if anyone has called Apple about this.

Got same robocall as Kathy, with some spiel about Apple having detected suspicious activity and warning me not to use my Apple devices and to call Apple Support at 844-857-0333.  It was pretty obviously a scam, so first thing I did was to look up that 844 number.

Same issue as what others reported. Robocall- caller I'd is and using a legit Apple #   800-275-2273 but then voicemail tells you to call 844--857-0333 regarding Apple device issue. This is a scam!!

Got call twice. Do not use Apple device due to suspicious activity on the Apple account. Call back number 844-857-0333.

I have received several calls from 800-275-2273 suggesting that I not use Apple devices. I was instructed to call Apple at 844-857-0333. I then contacted Apple at 800-692-7753 and was told that the earlier calls were scam calls.

Similar to other folks, I've received several messages suggesting I not use my Apple devices until I call 844-857-0333. Caller ID appears as (800) 275-2273 which is legitimate customer service for Apple

I received this same phone call this evening. Electronic voice said to immediately stop using my Apple device and call 844-857-0333

Got a robocall today (5/11/18).  Directed me to call 1-844-857-0333.  Prerecorded message so I never called that number.  Really poor audio.  Could only determine that this call sounded FAKE up the wazoo!

Got the same call today - knew it was bs but decided to call them back on the 844 number, and they answered "Apple support!" Went along w/him for several seconds and then said like an idiot savant "Oh, I see on the world wide web internet that your number's a scam - shame on you!" [***].
