"Casey Brooks" has been assigned to assist me in getting a lower interest rate on my student loans, all I have to do is call her back at this number (even though she called from 1-888-413-0070)......like I haven't heard this ploy a thousand times already.

"Casey Brooks" robocall about student loans. Scam, as I don't have any student loans, and no one is going to call you to offer assistance, you must seek it out yourself. Called from 888-912-0797.

“Casey Brooks “ called to let me know that she was assigned to me regarding my student loan. I don’t know how my number or information was obtained. I was asked to call her at 844-866-1434;  the number was called from 888-413-0070. She did not relay the company she represented either.

I was called with assistance in that I am not in the lowest retainment option for student loan..to call Casey Brookes back as soon as possible. She also called me from 888-964-1240

Same here, she called from: 888-402-0363 but told me to call 844-866-1434

same complaint ad others haven't had a student loan since 1983 when I complete nursing school in 1983 Katie is all she said an too call this number immediately 844 866 1434 please let.me know if this is a scam

She didn't call my phone but she went straight to my voicemail left message from Katie is.who I was suppose to ask for an said something like s company name Novia Fallout she also said it would only take 5minutes to eliminate loans or whstever

I would really like to know whether its.a.scam or not hot caught up 2 times in 2018 not a good feeling I fill like scammers abuse the elderly

I googled that number and I saw where other people was going through similar situation and I followed.them cause I had same phone number she was talking so fast I listened to the voicemail.she.left at least 5 or 6 times
