    I got an email from Richard Los Valla <info@fed6.link> saying that my SAM registration may be out of date and wanting a verbal confirmation of the information.  This screams scam or fishing for confidential information because (1) my annual registration IS up-to-date (I did it last week) and (2) because the email address shown in the email is not a .gov address.

    Yes, we received the same notification regarding our SAM.gov profile asking us to call this number - the email contains several tip-offs that it isn't legitimate. I would call this a spearfishing attack.
