Any calls related to telephone number  (844) 867-0399  are “RoboCalls“ and identified as a High-Threat Scam.

Each time the RoboCall comes in, it displays a different telephone number as their Caller ID, however,, the calls aren’t actually coming from those telephone numbers.  They’re FAKE CALLER ID’s, because the telephone numbers shown are being “Spoofed” as a disguise to hide the true identity of the caller.

Sometimes the RoboCall hangs up before a voicemail begins.  But most of these RoboCalls leave a voicemail stating...    (START TRANSCRIPT)   “This call is from your firewall support team as your computer service subscription will be auto renewed there will be auto deduction $299.00 from your bank account in case you do not want to get charges please call us to cancel your subscription our toll free number is 888-495-8179 I repeat the number to call is 888-495-8179.” (END TRANSCRIPT)

WARNING:
Do Not Return the call!  Any response from you will automatically intensify the problem by generating additional Auto-Repeated calls to your telephone.

* You can help the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission, in their current investigation to discover the identification of the RoboCaller and to bring legal action against them.  Just go to “FBI.gov or FTC.gov” and submit your complaint on their websites and provide as much information as possible.
