Someone called and left a partial msg about a comouter and if I did not call at the end of day, they will charge my debit account. Notified bank and credit card about it. Blocked number.

Don't be too concerned.  It's just the latest tech support scam.  There is no account and they have no information as long as you give them none. They try to get you to confirm your account numbers, etc.  Make it your policy to never answer calls from numbers you don't recognize and never call back.  You can block and ignore these thieves.  Here's a good news story about the scam with actual calls:
