Got a call, no message was left.  I called back, got a message "if you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time".  I pressed 2, the call was ended.  Tried again, entered 52#, call was ended. I added this number to my auto reject calls. End of story.

answered phone call, a woman identified herself as "Mrs. (i have forgotten the name)" who was calling about utility charges on my electric bill. No company or other information was given. I hung up and received a call from the same number shortly thereafter, which I did not answer.

Just got a call from this number.  Mrs. Russell from an unnamed alternate electricity supplier.  Requests a call back to 724-235-7153.

Yeah, right Mrs. Russell.  Don't hold your breath.

Mrs. Russell called me too! I do soliciting as a job, so to be solicited while i am soliciting sucks.

A Mrs Russell calling about my supply charges on my electric bill.  I should call back at 724-235-7153 and give case number E0098319 and have my electric bill in my hand when I call back.

I also got a call from Mrs Russell calling about my supply charges on my electric bill.  I should call back at 724-235-7153 and gave case number E0098319 and I should have my electric bill in my hand when I call back so she can go over my discounts.  Definitely a scam for it would not have the same case number.  If it was my electric company it would send me a letter.  Also the electric bill does not have supply charges, for supply charges are under gas.  I fell for this type of scam when it came to my door once and it double my electric and gas bill.  Fraud and scam.

I had the same msg. Figured it was bogus as no company name was provided. She identified herself as Mrs  Russell re: energy bill.

This call was actually to my senior father - glad he can't hear ... he didn't answer and couldn't understand the message.  I had to listen to it 4 times to get all the info as there was static.

Left that message here too.
So, Mrs Russell us a SCAM. Unfortunately she will eventually find someone to fall for her scam and then it will be on the 6:00 news.

Mrs. Russell just left same message to me with same case number and return phone number. This call came into my cell. The number is now blocked.

Got the exact message left on my answering machine as you Carol ...,including number to call back &  case number. Will admit Mrs. Russell has a good telephone voice .She comes across as being sincere...however, I have no faith in telemarketing.

same Mrs. Russel called from the same phone no. 724-235-7153 and same case no.E0098319 The scam is they are trying to get you to change your electric supply company to their company and the bait is a $ 100.00 gift card .
