Annoying caller nerver stops calling.

Lady called saying she wanted to inform me of a (new?) program from Aetna, called AbilTo. She continued due to HIPPA regulations she needed to confirm my birthdate, stating a year and wanting me to state my full birthdate. I said I'm sorry, I don't give personal info over the phone. I asked if she could send me a website so I could look it up myself and she suggested she could send info to my email address. I declined giving her that either. Looking online, there is an AbilTo part of Aetna, however it's been around since 2001.

*correction - meant to say I asked if she could GIVE me a website name and that's when she offered to email me.

I Googled AbilTo, it's a therapy website. I've been getting calls from them as well.

I called up Aetna and they said the program doesn't exist and that I have it clearly on my file that they will not ever call me and only use my email if they need to contact me. Either this program is poorly funded or this is an elaborate hoax. I strongly recommend staying away and working directly with the insurance company.
