Called my cell and Left me a voice mail when I didn't answer saying they were from the IRS had filed  a warrant for my arrest for tax evasion. To cancel the arrest warrant and get more case info, call them back  I called the number twice and a male with a foreign accent couldnt understand the name and gave me a badge # and when I started asking him questions he hung up both times.

Left me the same message as above. I called back but no one answered.

This is an outright SCAM. It is English computer voice but it was recorded by someone who does not speak English well. The IRS will NOT call you. You will get all sorts of certified mail. I KNOW-I HAVE. Please dont fall victim to these scam artists.

I just got a call from this same number stating the same thing as what everyone else is stating above. Trying to reach me, filing a warrant, going to arrest me, call back...but I didn't call back I just immediately Googled because I didn't want to take the chance that the number would dial into an international call because I knew the IRS doesn't contact you like that. So don't be concerned by this call and block them if you can.
