Some Kim Williams person called my office claiming they needed my signature on an affidavit to appear in court.  She said she would be at my home in a few hours and then try my place of business.  If she couldn't reach me at either of those places, the documents would be returned to the filer as a "Direct Refusal."  These scamsters are sickening and will rip you off any way they can and attempt to scare you with so-called legal jargon.  The bad thing about this crap is you never know what company they are calling from, if you google the number they leave, there is no info other than SCAM.

Just got a call from this number wanting to speak to someone I never heard of about 2 criminal charges in another county.  When I told them that they had the wrong number the lady got hateful and asked if I was sure that I didn't know them or wasn't related to them.  She acted like I was lying about knowing this person.  They won't be calling back, number has been blocked!

Received the same call. Saying the same thing.

Ashley from this number called my job and told my boss all kinds of legal stuff and that she needed to serve papers on me.

That's because they are not calling from a company....   They are scammers seeking to scare the beejeebees out of people to induce them into forking over the money.

This post is called   "Implied Threat"     Implying that you may also be harassed through your employer if you don't fork over the money to the scammers.

Just got a call from the same people threatening me with a summons ,saying if I want to stop it I have to call now .
