916-414-8623 has called several times for me to call this number, 844-874-3461 or else legal action will be taken for an "unpaid balance". They don't identify themselves or the party they want me to contact...sounds like a scam.

They have called me numerous times. They stopped after I threaten to get a lawyer involved. They just recently called me. They left a message stating they will garnish my wages if I don't contact them soon. Total SCAM.

They just called me and threaten to garnish my wages and income tax with legal action. It was a answering machine that sent me the message , when I called it back the answering machine there stated "investigations unit" . When I get their names im taking them to court.

I would also like to add that they are claiming in the voicemail to serve me at my residence and work which is illegal

Total scam.  Ignore 'em.

They called several times. My answering machine picks up a phone message from someone (female voice), saying that she is from the Wage Garnishing and Tax Department and has papers for my wage garnishing to be served at my residence/place of employment. The message went on to state that I must contact a firm at 844-874-3461.
I'm an honest, hardworking, and law- abiding citizen. I pay my bills and honor my obligations.  These scammers, that's what they are, are constantly harassing me and other innocent individuals. What must I do legally to stop these harassing and unwanted phone calls?

similar experience as the above, when i called the number that the automated message told me to contact i spoke to a mr. green of ONE CALL CONCEPTS.  he wanted my phone number to find out who was trying to contact me.  when i refused to give him my number and when i mentioned that i believed this to be a scam, he told me that i have no reason to be contacting him.  WHAT???  

they've called me a dozen or more times in 2 days.. nothing you can do...i cant even block the incoming call.. dirt bags!!! i just wanna cuss em' out.

I had my attorney call and they refused to talk to him. so he contacted the Attorney General's office and made a complaint

They call me many times, from ph# 1-971-202-2144  ,and want me, to call :ph# 1-844-847-3461 .  I have new celler and new number, no body know my phone number yet... They said, that will come at my home  and my work !  How can I stop this idiots to call me?

Contacted Attorney generals office they call and this company said they had no record of me, this was in Nov then calls just started again so i will do the same again. Total scaming rats

I suspect that this company AND North East Recovery are one and the same.   North East calls from 855-855-9126. I was told they are registered with Sacramento County, CA to mediate their collects (NOT TRUE).  Games they play to get around the 'Are you a third party debt collector" question.  Yea, hit ignore!

SCAM!!  Claimed to be Consumer's Energy collecting on past due amounts.  I called Consumer's myself and they told me that it was a scam.  I also reported it to local law enforcement.
