They Claim they are the legal department. They said that I committed fraud with my social security number on a payday loan with my bank. Well I never received a pay day loan with this bank and I have paid all my loans. She told me that she would have me served at my job. I told her ok I'll just have my bank statement ready for court then I'll sue for harassment after I win. I get these calls a lot and it's ridiculously annoying. I searched the number in Google. No results. I searched the legal department and the number they "called" with doesn't exist on the Legal Department. So I called them back and called there bluff and they hung up on me.

I received the same message on my voicemail today. When I call the number it sounds like someone's home answering machine. I too had loans. I paid one off and am in the process of paying the other off. What do you think I should do?

I got a call from this number  as well say they wanted to serve me. For payday loans are illegal. I will wait to be served.
