they call and don't leave messages and the time i answered they waited several seconds before responding, this crap needs to stop

Got a call 3 hours ago. no response when i said hello, so i hung up.

This number was calling my home phone and my cell phone both at the same time.  How can two separate phone numbers both be receiving a call from the same number simultaneously?  Both of my numbers are on the "Do Not Call Registry".

She they got a faxed complaint against me and they need to serve me papers at my home or work with a case numbers, looked it up not sure what they are but said after leaving message you've been notified

Just got another call from this number. Didn't answer. No voice mail left. NO ID and they get no answer.

CALLS AND NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE

I called the number mentioned above, and an automated voice asked to hold....well that was as far as I dared to go. Shortly after I received a call back from an unknown caller saying that they received a call from me, when in fact it was me answering them, confused (absolutely my feeling) it seems that someone had the very same number on file but from another person, bogus if you ask me. This BS needs to be reported and penalties need to be enforced against this type of situation in the future.
