Yesss who is it

I called it back and received no answer. I left a message stating that they could call me back and leave a message with the name of there company so that I could look into them further.

Called and left message for me and did not leave company name but call came from a 316 area code

The call said to return the call to this #, but the call came from the 614 area code.  Nothing found when I look up that number.  Also, don't state whom they are trying to reach, but it I don't call back by their third attempt, they will contact my HR department.

This is a litigation office. Don’t call them back or answer them. Usually are looking to get your information. Call fcc and put a complaint against the. They cannot call hr to withhold payments from you. Call FBI for fraud solicitation they want your money.

They called my daughter's phone looking for me. And stared my full name to her. They said they have a civil case against me and hers is the only number on file. If they have a civil case against me shouldn't I be notified by an attorney or at least the sheriff department registered letter or something!?

Called and said....

“Hello my name is hello my name is Sarah Williams you were not available today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention please immediately contact 844-874-6044 again the phone number is 844-874-6044 to update your address or contact information after the third failed attempt I am required to direct further attempts to your HR or payroll department on file…”

It just seems odd that they never said what it was about or the name of the company.

Oh and by the way, even though it didn’t sound like a robot it did say at the beginning “hello my name is” twice. As if it was prerecorded.

And seeing how most of the posts on this website all showed up at the same time I’m assuming it sent the calls out at the same time or around the same time. Which makes it further seem like spam.

They are collections for student loans and other consumer debt that is in arears.  They are using false scare tactics.  No legal papers have been sent and if they had the HR they already could garnish wages IF they had won a lawsuit, but no lawsuit has been filed.

No company name or whom they are contacting. I called number and no company name or answer just to leave voicemail so did and keep calling them and sounds very unprofessional

It was a fraudulent automated social security scammer threatened legal actions if we didn’t call this number bask! It’s reported!!!

I called this number from another phone and they have a Social Security Service going on after hours they’ll change the number soon Now that they’ve been found out and reported!!
