Need to know about this number

This company claims that  the number they called was a reference to a loan. There was no loan from this company that was done not by any of our family members.they first called from a private number and left a name of Rebecca working as a private Currier.They threatened to send someone to my work and if I was not there to my home. When they called a second time they left this number to return a call stating that I needed someone to verity my license and a notary. I called the number back and asked why they would be calling. They stated that there was an outstanding loan balance and I had to pay the loan plus 500 or they would take me to jail. When I asked what the loan was for they stated it was for a payday loan. I have never received a payday loan and when I refused to pay it he said that they would be sending someone to my home. I told them to go ahead. I have yet to see anyone at my home nor my work. After doing some research (thanks to Mr. Google) I find out that this company is a scam and they they had supposedly were shut down in  a number of states, however this number was associated under the same name, Please be advised that this is 100% a scam.
