SCAM!!!!!!    received call looking for my son who lives in another state. Wanted to deliver legal documents etc etc.  How did you get my no....etc.  would not give me any info.....Jessica with the "legal department" of where???  Give you 2 hours hold....took # and "document" # but could never tell me WHO THEY WERE WITH............

They called my dad claiming they had legal docs for me and if they didn't reach me they were gonna take me to Court and left a reference number. They asked for Social Security Number to verify who I am.  I hung up.

Person called friend in another state looking for me. Called number they were vague on information. Wanted a bunch of personal information.

The call came from a local number. Said they had tried to serve me legal papers twice and to call this number 844-880-0623 and they would explain it, called the number and they ask if 6749 was last 4 numbers of my social security number, I said no, but I knew it was my daughter's.  She called and they told her she owed money to Capital One and if she didn't pay it money team today it was going to court and would cost her more. She called Capital One and she did not owe them anything. She opened and closed and paid off that account 15 years ago. It is a scam. I'm the mean time they have called me twice more,  I have not answered and they called my other daughter asking her to have her sister call them. They have called my daughter twice more threating her that they were taking her to court and it was going to cost her all more money.  She is now not answering that phone number. We have reported it to the police.

Same as above, left number and reference number. Was extremely rude to my father. Is there a number to call to report them?

Let your state attorney general know about the scam too.

They called a relative in another state, where I haven't lived in decades, scaring her with references to "legal documents" and telling her I needed to call  844-880-0623 right away.  Gave the name "Madison" with "document services verification" and NO COMPANY name.  Seemed like a scam to me, and after reading these reviews, I'm now almost certain it's a scam.

Just got that call, B.S.
