    My computer was frozen by this number, supposedly Microsoft, and when I called them for service they wanted $800.00 to release my computer back to me.  Luckily for me, my bank would not release the money to these scammers.  This happened in June of 2017 and I have not used my computer since then because I am concerned that they have embedded something in my computer.  They had total control over my computer screen.
