Called 4 times but dead air on VM

Called 2x writhing an hour. Left no voice message.

It's Time Warner following up if you scheduled a service call.  Irritating that it comes thru as Toll Free Call instead of TWC.

I received a call from this unrecognized number and they left a voicemail with no content.

Upon calling back I discovered the call is from Time Warner Cable to confirm a service appointment.

Yes It's a customer service follow up call. Thank you.

Fortunately I googled the number and read the comments that this caller is a TWC service call. They called 2 days ago regarding the scheduled service call and it showed TWC was calling.

Ironically, TWC has a spam blocker feature (online) to block spam calls, which I have activated. Guess what?? It blocked their own number (this number). Perhaps they should change the caller ID to show TWC.

Got call but didn't answer it. Have no idea who it is so I looked it up on 800notes.  We do not have Time Warner so it cannot be a service call.

Just another SOB call

It's obviously Charter, formerly Time Warner. I have an appointment tomorrow and I assume that's what the call was for. Since when are 844 numbers toll free? That's news to me.

This number is calling me but I don’t have Time Warner cable or have ever made an appointment with them.  It’s very annoying.

Weird. I'm expecting a TWC service call so I picked up despite the wrong city showing. It was NOT TW/Spectrum, but someone asking for me by name about Medicare changes in rates. Must be a scam with various ploys?

Responding to my own post after further research. This IS the same phone number from which TW/Spectrum made an automated service call reminder to me earlier this morning, but this time the caller ID said it was from Huntsville, TX, which the real call did not, and it was answered by a real person, not an automated message, who said she was calling about Medicare rate changes. I'm very confused.

It was TWC confirming the service appointment. They didn’t leave a message the first time,I thought it was spam. But it left a voicemail the second time

My cell phone service is with spectrum mobile and the caller id said it was suspected spam. LOL! It's spectrum internet calling me to verify an appointment for this afternoon.

Voicemail Spectrum calling to confirm appointment. I no longer have them and didn’t make an appointment. Go away you guys suck Spectrum lol
