They said last year tax filed wrong.. they want money right now otherwise go to jail

Indian government is cracking down on these guys.  Some 500 workers in one call center were arrested yesterday and some 70 the day before.  These all in one town in India!

i got a call on my cell phone on 10-05-2016 stating that it was from the irs stating that there is a warrant out against me that was filed from some local court house instead of me calling back i typed up the number on my computer and found this web site i have never been in trouble before but this is scary the message also said to not deleet it should i be worried please help this sounds like you went through the same thing again please help thanks

It is a scam.

The IRS does not initiate contact via a phone call, they first send postal letters.
The IRS does not threaten arrest.
The IRS does not demand immediate payment over the phone.
The IRS does not ask for Credit card, Debit card, or prepaid money card information, at all.

It is a scam ran by offshore criminals attempting to trick you into sending them money.

I called them back because I was tired of the calls about my arrest all hours of the night while I worked you name it.  They wouldn't answer.  Good thing for them becaue I had my hollering clothes on - they wouldn't know what hit them!
