- ERIC| 1 replyThey called and left a message stating that they have processed my refund and are ready to distribute funds. I called back and asked what services I paid for. The agent stated it was for computer services. I haven't had my computer on in 4 years and it was impossible. This was a scam. Do not give any info.
- Ralph replies to ERICI also received the same call as eric. when i told him i know this is a scam, because i have never purchased a 150 dollar security program for my pc, i asked him how stupid do you think people are. LOL he then called me a [***].
- BobbieI received an automated message from this number that an order I placed online could not be filled because the company has gone out of business. Since I've been doing a lot of online shopping for the holidays, I thought I would call back and ask questions. A man with an East Indian accent named "Peter" answered with sounded like a loud television on in the background. I asked what company he was from, he said "Infomatic technical " and told me I need to be in front of my computer before continuing the call so he can send me the form. I told him all I have is my phone and that if I ordered something from your company online, I did it from my phone and you have my email address to send me the form. He got angry and said I need to be in front of my computer. I said, I only have my phone. Then he hung up on me. Had the feeling it wasn't legit from the get go, but was curious.

- ACHave gotten several calls from this number, several times a day. They usually start calling about 8:15 am. First time they called I blocked them. The only thing they leave on their voicemail is " We are calling from 844-880-5804." Unfortunately eventhough I've blocked them they can still leave a message.

- RustyI've received several voicemails saying they needed to refund my money for computer services. When I asked how long ago I paid them I was told February 2017. I asked a couple of more questions and was then told "Fock Off, Man. I don't want to refund your money". They've now reached "Blocked" status.

Fact:- ANYONE who calls you and says your computer called/contacted them is a SCAMMER.
- Windows Operating System licenses do not expire.
- ANY Tech Support Warning pop-ups you get while accessing the internet asking you to call a number or visit a website, is from a SCAMMER.
- Web Browsers DO NOT have the ability to determine and warn you your computer has an error. They can only warn you about a potential malicious website. A Browser is software that allows you to surf the Internet, not diagnose a computer or phone.
- ANY Tech Support company that insists you need their services because of some error, outdated software or tries to convince you that you need to allow them remote access is a SCAMMER.
- Nobody could possibly know if your computer or devices have an issue unless you tell them or gave them access.
- Tech Support companies DO NOT call to give out refunds because they are "going out of business". In fact NO company gives refunds when going out of business unless they did not provide you with what you paid for.
- Companies DO NOT call to inform you that your subscription will be charged if you don't call back, only SCAMMERS do that. If you have a subscription with someone, they automatically charge you until you cancel it.
Please read about how Tech Support Scammers operate the scams and warn everyone possible about them.

Never trust a caller who wants to "help your computer" for any reason (unless you contacted them first), as they are only going to scam you.
