They do not give a name.  They tell you to call them back at 844-881-1552 & reference the telephone # you were contacted at.  They also claim to have sent you mail that was returned for a wrong address and that a complaint has been filed against you.  You must call back or your case will be handled with due process without you being present.  SCAM!!!!!  I am not calling them back.  They call you from a California number of 1-310- 602-6741.

Got a call on landline informing me I need to contact them regarding legal action and all my info. Call every day for the last week or so. Do not answer....

****SCAM ALERT**** Called and left a message stating that a motion has been filed to suspend all bank accounts and pending tax returns and to call 844-881-1552 and ask for a case manager.  Also found my grown son's info and called him stating that a court motion had been filed as well.  SCAM ALERT!

The called and hung up before I could answer!! This is the voicemail they left...
“This is not a solicitation call please listen to this message entirely there's currently a motion being filed to suspend  all bank accounts a tax returns there in your name and Social Security number to review all immediate and avoid all for the proceedings please contact our firm at 844-881-1552 or you may press 1 to be transferred to your case manager immediately…”.  “Transcription Beta voicemail”

They also called from a Lomita, California number 1-310-602-6741

This just happened to me today. They left a message on my voicemail. First it was a robotic message but since I did not return the calls, they started having what sounds like an actual person leaving the message. I still did not return the calls.

This number not only has been calling my number but also family members that I once lived at.  Threatening to file a law suite, suspended your bank accounts and more.

They left a message that says

Answered a call from a restricted number on Veteran's Day. The man said he needed to served me with legal papers as I had apparently not responded to mail. But he was vague about who he was calling on behalf of. When pressed he said National Attorneys Association. Not BBB rated. Whole thing sounded fake to me. I told him I didn't believe him and hung up. He called back and left a message with a case number and said I could call 844-881-3604. I can't find the number on Google. Seems fishy to me. I'll be happy to address any legit claims, but this sounds like a scam.

They left a voicemail that said they were trying to serve a friend of mine and to call 844-730-1552 and to reference a case number or further legal action would commence. It's an absolute SCAM!!

Three calls in the last few weeks.  Same type of voice messages as already mentioned. SCAM
