Calling people claiming to be a debt collector on very old unidentifyable claims. Threathening arrest the next day if money isn't sent. Call says name is Frank Louis or Lewis?

Threatened to file on my social security number

Threatened a friend of mine by name about a "complaint" filed in my friends name and SSN.

I've received numerous calls stating a formal complaint against my name.  This is another scam, because it isn't my name at all.
Below is a copy/paste from visual voice mail.

"Hello this communication is on behalf of Legal Services and is solely intended for AJ Baker. We are contacting you regarding a formal complaint scheduled to be filed against your name and social security number. There was no response from the notice that was sent to your address on file this case requires your immediate attention. You can press any button during this call to be transferred to our office directly or you can contact us at 844-882-0771. Thank you and have a good day."

My telephone number is listed on the Do Not Call List; therefore, reporting this to the FCC and loCal attorney general.

I got the same exact msg. but they had my correct name. I figured it was a scam.  BC something similar happens to my daughter, they had her real name but claimed they were with the IRS and if she didnt pay them back she would be sentenced to jail time and freeze her bank account.
