Got a call from this number saying there is a complaint against me and a summons will be served at my home or workplace at a specific time. Since I am an attorney, I know that you are not notified when a summons is coming. This is a scam to illegally collect cash from you!

Got a call from this number saying there is a complaint against me and a summons will be served at my home or workplace.  Said I am to call back for more information.  Finished the call by saying "Good luck."  Don't think I'll be returning this call.

Same as everyone else. Complaint & summons...blah blah. NEVER talk to these scammers. If they bought an old debt, and you begin negotiating with them, it can restart the clock on the debt. Just ignore it. If you DO get a summons at some point, deal with it at that time.

I have received 2 calls from the area code 844.  The second call being listed from 882-4641.  I called from my office phone, a female answered stating she was with the Last ......... Group.  When asked to clarify her association she wanted to know if the number I was calling from was the number I was called on.  I stated No, and she wanted my number. I advised her I was in the mood for GETTING info, not giving, so she got haughty and told me w/o my number she wasn't giving anything and hung up.  Both messages from this number have stated of a complaint filed against me and I was to be served in a timeframe.  The first was in June and still no summons.  I don't think the server, if there turns out to be one will have a pleasant experience.

Got the same call. They ended with good luck. I will be blocking their number. I'm glad for such apps.

Same caller with same threats. Never called me by my name, kept repeating "you" are being... Obvious fishing expedition by a scammer!

Same experience as above - but as a former LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) I find it rather amusing as he does not really know civil law. There are many jurisdictions where private individuals cannot serve legal process. Mine being one of them! My advice to anyone who receives a call from this individual is to immediately hang up on them - do not respond to their call and block the number.

Same thing here.  This very unprofessional and uneducated person answers the phone.  I think everyone should put this number on blast and call them until they get tired of hearing their phone ring.  Having some IT friends locate the access point for the (844)882-4641 number.

I can see from above it has been reported, going to report it once more. Just got a call at 11:36am (844) 882-4641. Same story, summons, if you ignore you may get a summary judgment against you, yakkity smakkity. Do people really fall for this crap? There was no "good luck" at the end of the call just call the people who were responsible at, yep you guessed it, 884 882-4641... I looked and found the number attached to Anderson's Sports Unlimited, LLC.  (844) 882-4641. 625 Plumas St. Yuba City, CA 95991

Got a call from this stupid number and I don't know how anyone can work for scammers - I would walk out if I worked for these people.  Don't like to work for scammers and crooks!

Got a call from these idiots. Do people really go for this scam. Sad to say they probably do. Obviously the only way they can get any $$$ is if the people give out their banking info. Certainly they would not give you an address (for a check to be mailed) and would not take a credit card number---they only want untraceable means of payment.BEWARE of these idiots. Don't fall for their SCAM.
