Threatening phone calls.

I think this is a fake dont call number something not right with it..dont give out any personal info i beleive its a scam

"This is an urgent message intended for (not my name), my name is Roger Price and I'm calling in reference to a complaint that has been forwarded to my office.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the pending actions that will be filed against you, you'll need to contact "the firm" immediately at area code 844-883-8104, the reference number for your file is (insert blitheringly stupid jumble of letters and numbers here - also, HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA).

same messages posted about-In don't know whatcomapny he is calling from. every now then i get these messages-they disappear and then start calling again.I don't return call because I don'tknow wht company they are representing

Simon just left me a message and in addition to the above he said to make sure I had proper identification for document delivery.

just got this scam call on my office phone

I got the same message saying that it's Simon Clark at United Processing (different company name from above messages, hmmm) regarding a claim filed against me, to call this number prepared with personal information for identification. Didn't sound very legitimate.

Got a phone call.  They did not mention my name. Said a complaint had been filed. That I need to call them back and have ID.  Number to call back was 844-883-8104

Same message as everyone else from a Simon. I do not answer unknown calls plus he called house phone and no one has that number but immediate family. Figure it is a scam

same call, Did not ask for anyone specific, if it were real wouldn't they ask for a person?,  Message repeated twice, obviously a recording.

Received the same automated call from "John Clark".  The call was from 904.677.9163 and asked to call 844.883.8104.

Same as all the above. Call came from 904 677 9163 and when I called the number back instead of the 844 number, it said it was no longer a working number.

Simon Clark left a message on my phone, said I had a complaint filed against me and I should have identification ready when they contact me again. Never mentioned my name or my wife's or what the complaint was.  Said to call the above number if I had questions!

Same as everyone stated above. Total scam.

I received the call stating that the IRS was filing a warrant for me and a lawsuit also and to call the number back.  I knew it was a scam but I called anyway.  He knew my name!  But I let him know that I KNOW the IRS doesn't call people and I wouldn't be falling for the scam.  He got so mad and said "F*ck you!" and I told him the same.  Then he called me a b*tch and threatened to kill me!  I went OFF!  I told him thanks for threatening to kill me so now I can tell the police!  He finally got so mad that he hung up.
