Definitely PEC. Our card declined because it was reissued so our auto-payment failed.

Confirmed - This is PEC calling about the electric bill.  Called the number on the website, and confirmed the information left on voicemail.

Yes, this is a phone number for PEC electric co-op. I totally forgot to pay my bill and was 2 days late and received this call. It is a valid phone number/call

It is a legitimate PEC number but the name on caller ID showed VIETNAM, so I did not answer, but called the number back and I was informed my payment was 2 days late because a bank autotransfer had not occured yet.

Silent caller - called back and number was disconnected.  If it was associated with a power company, I doubt it is anymore.
