Changed their number from 833-918-2650. Always calls from a private number and it's always a guy named Frank but when you call the number they give you it's a Nicole or Brooke. Called to say they will serve me documents at my house but won't give their company name until I give card info AGAIN. Already reported them to the FTC

I got a call from a private number today tell me it’s a civil matter and for me to call the 844 number. WTH

They called me with the same, on a voicemail. Did anyone ever return your phone call?

they called me last year I got into with them same lady but kept using different names trying to get information when I told her I was gonna contact a lawyer she got mad and hung up on me never heard from then again until now they called me yesterday and today a georgia page but when I call the number she gives it's always someone name Frank and I called them like 6 times and nobody never answered kepted going to voicemail to some Frank but she said she gonna show up at my home with legal documents between 3-5pm july 23 2020

Got irritated when I said to show up at my residence. I said I wasn’t going to call the number. She didn’t give a name or reason or company. Called from unknown number.

I just called the company back this morning, Russell on the phone claims the company is "Dispute resolution center out of texas" would not give me the address to their facility, was talking over me and was extremely rude. I asked him to give me information about the creditor he was calling on behalf of, but would not do so without verifying my Name, DOB, and had the last of my social. I told him my lawyer would like for me to be presented more information prior to verifying anything. I gave him the file # and he said "Well we can't verify that it's you with just that". Again, kept talking over me and getting very angry. I ended up looking Dispute resolution center up in Texas, called their main phone number. The operator has stated it is a scam if the phone number is a 866,833, or 844, they only had the one main phone number with an area code 713. They have been doing this for years. I tried to call my friend Russell back and they must have like some blocked notification on my number, because now it has operator musin playing and just rings,rings, rings.
