I've gotten a few of these. This may be an off-shore scam.  It may not be Walgreens, but a scammer. Always better to look up your pharmacy and make sure to get a legitimate number.  Can't be too careful.  Trust no one who calls.

I called this number and this is a legitimate OptOut of IVR Walgreens future calls phone number. I kept receiving IVR calls from a distant Walgreens that I had never used. I have used Walgreens but when I kept receiving IVR calls about non existent medications at the ready, I listened to the IVR call all the way through & found this number. It is an OptOut to getting future Wags 'Robo' calls. I called it and it IS exactly what it says it is. I still am going to be notified but now it will be by email, instead and if that doesn't work, I'll change pharmacy altogether.

It is not actually Walgreens. Well known prescription scam. If you call they say they need to verify your info for a pending prescription, and ask for a bunch of personal info. Total scam. Do not pick up - just block them

This number appears on a message purportedly from local Walgreens regarding prescription refill. Called twice so far, latest Saturday, 10/13/18 at 10:21 am.  Message says to have prescription information ready when you call.  This is supposed to be the Opt-Out number but received a "this number is disconnected" message when I called it.

So, I got a call from the real Walgreens saying my prescription was ready for pickup- which it was- THEN not 5 minutes later I get a call from the fake Walgreens number?? How does the scammer know this? Coincidence? Deeper scam than anyone knows? I don't know, but I am thankful I didn't confirm any personal info

I knew it was NOT Walgreens cuz I don't get my meds there, haven't shopped there in years. They called from 727-557-4882 then gave this number as their callback. Blocked 'em both.

Claims to be a specific local Walgreen's but none of the numbers she uses match that Wag's. Says I have a prescription ready to pick up, but I get all my scrips from the VA. They can't run a hack via VM, so they'll say ANYTHING just to get you to pick up or call back.

Same old stupid Walgreen's Prescription message, BUT... number is blocked but still calling & leaving voicemail!

Oh best believe the scams are not starting to be localized . It’s a hearing process everyone has picked up in , specially around the Charleston/ Summerville/ North Charleston area
