This phone number belongs to Service Plus Home Warranty Company. I do not now nor have I ever had an account with them. However, they call me 3 to 4 times a day every day telling me that my account is behind and reminding me my account must be in good standing should I ever need to make a claim with them.  They also remind me in those calls  what could happen if something went wrong in my house.  They then casually remind me that because the account that I don’t have is in arrears, I wouldn’t be covered by their warranty! I have tried telling them that I do not have an account with them, I am not interested in hearing their sales pitch nor do I ever wish to be one of their customers. Especially with this ongoing harassment that has been going on for 18 months! Of course, the calls continue

18 months and you have done nothing to try to stop them from calling?  For instance did you file a complaint with the DNC list (Federal and State)?  Did you contact your State Attorney General?  Did you send them a certified, return receipt letter?
