Addresses me by name at the very beginning of the call and says by law he required to give me the number of the filing party which is 844-951-0847.
Then proceeds to say he's gonna show up at my job or home within the day or by tomorrow but never shows up. They've been calling me, my wife, even some of my co-workers harassing them to get a hold of me. When I answered the phone he says he's going to be at my house within the hour and yet he never shows. He goes by David Adam's a location specialist.
Yeah right...

As stated in all previous reports, the exact thing is happening to me right now!! Is this legal?  Threatening to come to my home? My mother is currently in the hospital and it is a very stressful time for me, so when I started to get these calls it caught me off guard and I started to panic.....until, I started to research the number he left and that lead me to this sight. Thank you so much.

Vmail left: Lee Scott calling regarding a certified notice that was to go to *insert exes address*. Call back to reschedule again. Call comes from a blocked number & I spoke to the person last week and told them the person they were looking for was an EX of mine.

Left a vm stating that they will drop off documents to an address no longer living at. No company name, just name mentioned below .

Text message from an unauthorized number. Even used real name and a reference number told me to call back

I didn’t get a call, just a text from 229-235-5073. They left a claim number and asked me to call 844-951-0874.

I received 3 voicemails from this guy named Tom Hanley too.  It's an unknown number from a person claiming to have urgent legal documents that just came in and someone is going to deliver them to me. He states that if I have additional questions to contact the following number: 1-833-251-4524. This number is associated with KP Consulting and Associates. He uses an tactics like stating the documents just came in from Dover and that we will be sending someone to your residence and place of employment, if they can't deliver documents to me at a specific time. He states we will be looking for you all over if we can't find you in his latest message. He also called some of my relatives. I checked and don't have any pending legal matters.  His latest message was that someone was coming in the early afternoon to my home and work if I was not there.  Nobody showed up
