How do I find out who is calling from this number???

Didn’t use my name but said something about a recent determination. No company name so must be some kind of scam.

Just said have a important issue to discuss.  Need to talk with you. No company name just said call number asked for Jeff

Debt Collector

Received 2 phone calls over the course of two weeks.  No identification of the company but a 'Mr. Taylor' who sounded all of 21 years old wanted me to call him back at this number to verify my address regarding an important matter.  The second phone call was insulting from Mr. Taylor yet again not identifying the company he was representing.  Have no idea what the matter is since all of my vendors and business transactions know my address and contact information.  Lifelock and the Attny General for the State of Ohio have said that such phone calls are suspicious and if you know what is  on your credit report etc the likelihood of this being a scam is quite high.  These two sources from the government are very useful in determining what your rights are and if there is fraud.

These people just called me from this number referencing Nixon & Powell they called my best friend, dad, husband and me. (713) 987-4752 Houston, TX
When I talked to her I asked for documentation of what this is in reference to and what it's all about bc she wanted my address, I said if you have my cell number then you should have my address & she hung up on me?!
I filed complaints against them with Texas and Florida attorney generals offices.
The only debt we have now is medical and of these are scare tactics for medical that's sad & disgusting!!!

Someone called looking for my husband wanting a phone number and address for his ex-wife. They said that someone was filing a suit against her. They had her married name from her 2nd marriage and our oldest sons name. They have been divorced for almost 20 years and we have only had our home number for about a year so how they got our info is a mystery to me.

These jerks called 4 times this month claiming my sister used me as a contact. They wanted her phone and address. I told him I needed to know what this was regarding before I would do that, and he said a legal matter. I told him this better be serious for leaving me harsh messages like an old school debt collector. He told me if my sister doesn't contact them soon she was facing serious legal and financial problems. ( in a very rude tone) I told him I needed to know who they were and what it was about before I gave him my sisters private information, and the jerk refused to tell me, but instead threatened to tell the courts I " refused to pass on information " like it was my responsibility or something and that he was going to get me in trouble!!! I'm I suppose to believe I'm legally required to demand my sister call an anonymous phone number?  asshat!  If he wanted my help maybe he should have been nicer. I think if it was a serious criminal matter the police would be calling ( if it were the Feds they would find her info easy) so I can only assume it is a debt collector crossing a serious legal line, I don't believe they are permitted to harass a relative are they? Either way I'm going to report them and if they call again I will go into great detail about how my friend bubba and my German Shepard  run a train on his wife and his mother everyday while he's at work making harassing phone calls. I suggest everyone use their imagination and fill their ears with filth everytime they call so they know what it's like to have a phone call digest them.

They called me four times for my sister, they made it sound like a criminal lawsuit so I called back concerned for her ( despite how rude they were) then he refused to tell me anything, I reminded him I'm not the person they were looking for and he did not have permission to call me and that I was not giving my sisters info until I knew what it was about and he threatened to tell the courts on ME!

Although I would not put it past my sister to get in trouble I know a cop would have called, I'm pretty sure it's a debt collector, she use to take out payday loans, so if you have not, you might want to check your credit to make sure no one used your info. I can't be sure but I don't think you get those calls for medical debt. Of course we cannot rule out fraud either. I want to know how legal it is to harass relatives.

These dick bags have been calling my job none stop after I informed this man  "Mr.sellers" and a "Marks" to stop calling me. They continue to call leaving me unnecessary voicemails. Dude threatened to come to my house with a subpoena.  Pretty sure that's going against that fdca or what not. Called back to question the info and for a min straight this guy kept talking over me asking for the last digits of my social...
