All, for phone number 844-958-3771, concerning the Humana Health Insurance health survey robo calls, I am a long time Humana subscriber so I called the toll free number on my health insurance card and told an agent all about the survey robo call. It took her a couple days to find out but she did call me back and definitely confirmed that the call did come from Humana as part of a Stay Well campaign. I let her know I don't trust calls like this as anyone can spoof their number or anybody's number so it cannot be confirmed via robo call if it really is Humana or not. Someone spoofed my home number a few days ago to call me about lowering my credit card rates so I can't even block them from calling me again as I would be blocking my own number. I told her email won't work either as anyone can spoof an email address and make an email and a website look real. I asked to be removed from future calls like this and that in light of hippa laws, Humana can send me snail mail and it should include the same call back phone number that is on my Humana insurance card, or a real human being can call me. She said I will be removed from call lists within 7 days. Anyone who wants to go the same route, call Humana and tell them about the robo calls and ask to be removed from those type of calls.

I got the same call, claiming to be from Humana, & to call them back with the PIN.  I called the Humana # on my card and the rep said that was not one of their #s.  I told her it was creepy that the caller knew I was with Humana and asked her if Humana sold member info.  She said no, but not I'm not sure if I believe her.

Same number called me 4 times with in a 5 minute period. I didn't answer nor did the leave a vm.  Our rule I don't know the number you don't get my time especially if you don't leave a vm.

Apparently this is Humana Insurance, asking about overall health question and feedback.  It takes about 5 min. to answer the computer generated questions.  The pin number is so that they may ID you.

Fake caller saying they are Humana Ins. Do Not give them any info.

This is Humana Insurance for real, they want you to do a stupid survey. What a pain!

The recorded male voice said he wanted to ask me a few questions such as  how I feel about my health plus a few other questions.  I hung up.  I did get a pin but did not have to use it as the recording recognized my number. I at first inadvertently dialed 844-958-3777 and the same voice said he did not recognize my number and asked for the pin. Then he repeated he did not recognize my number. So there must be a whole host of calls from similar numbers with each entity claiming a certain amount of return calls.  I then correctly dialed 844-958-3771. Or incorrectly, whatever.

Same  Humana call with pin and all. Blocked the number after reading these comments. Decided to include a 2015 date in these comments to show they are still at it!

Same as everyone else.  Humana - asked for main Humana member (my husband) and when it gave me a choice to take a message- gave me a pin.  Looked here first. I will block this number.

I keep getting calls from 844-958-3771 asking me to call back.  I never do call back.  How do I block that number?

the robot said the same thing to me ... Humana .. 7 digit pin ... blah blah.. tried calling corporate ... big mistake, just got more robots...

My father received a call from 18449583771, don't know why. Returned call to verify kept asking for a code. This is wrong.

Did not recognize number & let machine pick up. An automated female voice asked if I was & used my name & told me to call back & gave an extension # as well. This is the second time in less than 24 hours they have called & it is now getting beyond annoying!

Got a call from this phone number, went to voicemail, I listen to it and all it said was to confirm my name after the bong. It said that twice and then I didn't hear anything after that. I called the number back and it says thanks for calling back. And then it proceeded to ask me question about my prescription that I was waiting to get approval on for a refill. It wanted me to confirm my birthday year which I did, stupidly, and my name and then wanted me to approve reminders from medica for my prescription refills. At this point I just hung up cuz I figured something was really off. Why would medical be calling me about my prescription and not my pharmacy? I've never had this happen before so I figured this has got to be a scam!

Said they were Humana. Dunno.

Same, left VM to call back with the 7 digit pin and that they were Humana. Total scam

Wife took the message and 7 digit pin.  They had called couple times a week for 2 weeks.  Tried to return call it didn't recognize phone number and said pin wasn't a valid number.  Tried the old dial 0 0 0 it hung up on me said call back later with correct pin.

Please STOP calling us!
