- JamieScam service. They call and register who pressed “1” to opt out of the calling list. What this actually does is put you on a list of confirmed recipients, which they then sell to other scammers and telemarketers. This is a gross violation of FCC. Report these fraudulent low life’s.

- Daniel MReceived a call from a local number 914-217-1417 on my cell phone around 10:30 AM 6/12/2020. I declined because it was not a number I recognized or somebody in my contacts and I was not expecting a call. Recording left a voicemail claiming the warranty on my car was about to expire, but that I could pay for extended coverage. I don't have a car. They identified themselves as "Automotive services" and gave 844-989-1711 as a callback number. If this were legit, they would have identified themselves as a local car dealership/service center, or an affiliate of the dealership or manufacturer. ("Hello, this is John Smith from Toyota of Sampleville" )
- Caller: "Automotive services" (likely fake name)

- KitSame as all the others except it came from a "local area code", no doubt just to get me (or others) to pick up. I never answer unknown numbers/names and I NEVER call back.

- AliceGot a call from 616 374 2509, Lake Odessa, MI. Car warranty scam. Said this was final notice and to call 844 989 1711 to opt out. Like I'd ever! They call you with a local number hoping you'll pick up. I know they are thieves, I'm on the do not call list and I'm pretty sure, if they were legit, they'd be breaking the law that way too as I'm sure a new car warranty costs more than $25. Blocked, but I know they have only begun to scam. Even thieves have to make a living. It's up to us to use our better judgement. The FCC or whoever polices this stuff ain't doing it. If you don't know the number, don't answer, block if you can and don't sweat it. There are worse things than this.

- Samantha StevensMy car is decades long out of warranty. Their robo-call pitch is my auto "warranty is expiring". They have not annoyed me once but regularly, at least a dozen times on various dates and times. Prior to which I never heard of them. Clearly they are violating the Do Not Call registry as well as lying in attempting to scam people. Unfortunately this could be some offshore theft ring they can do nothing about but I've reported it to the FTC anyway.
