repeated calls from this number and finally blocked them from future calling.

This is a scam. When I confronted the so-called technician 'John Martyn' (after about 1-1/2hrs of numerous irrelevant questions) that he was a scammer he hung up.

Caller claimed to be calling from Microsoft support to let me know that I had frozen files in my computer and she was going to help me to resolve it. I let her talk for about 5 minutes , then I decided to tell her that "i don't have a computer " to see how she re acted. She just hung up .

these people are scammers.  I receive calls like this a couple of times a week.  When they tell me to type in something, I screw up the letters.  It drives them crazy.  Usually they ask me to go to helpme.net or some other online system to access remote support.  Then they ask me to type in a long number.  I keep reading it back incorrectly until they go crazy.  I record some of the calls. I then ask if they tell their parents, grandparents, etc, what they do for a living and if they are proud.  Like, "when you sit around with your family and they ask about your new job, do you tell them you are trying to rip people off?"  Ha!

This company popped up when we tried to enter a 1 year subscribtion for Microsoft that came with our computer purchase.  They clamied to be Microsoft and stole the key.  They also used fear tactics to try to get us to pay $300 to keep our computer from being attacked.  Fraudulent number!  Not Microsoft!  Came up as Iconnect soft solutions.  Beware!
