I received a call from this number it was a scam. They said they were from the computer technical support which everyone knows is a huge scam.  t
They try to gain access to your computer and then take ID take any information they want. no computer technical support will ever ever call you they can't even tell you which computer if you have more than one is having issues. the only thing they will tell you is that it's your Dell computer please be aware this is a huge scam it ends up costing you not only having to get a new computer but identity theft issues.

I received a voicemail from this number (845-241-1682), and I did not return the call thanks to reviewing the previous note.

I received a call today from 845-241-1682 and they said the same as above--that they were from a Computer Technical Support company and there were issues with my Dell computer. I asked how they knew this and he read me some bogus PC ID...and said he would tell me how he could help me go into my computer to find the issues--something about pop-ups. He tried to push to get me to get into my system and I declined, but said he should give me his manager--and he said he would if I could get more identification to him. Well, I didn't tell him that I don't have a Dell computer (ha!), but instead I said I worked for Dell (which is nearly true as I work for one of their partners on security issues for them!) and knew this was a SCAM and was going to report him to my state Attorney General's office, which I suggest you do as well.

They will not stop calling me

These guys are pretending to be from Dell, they offered me to "log into my computer" to try to help me with a virus (that i dont have...LOL) anyway, when i started asking questions, the guy went nervous... these are SCAM! DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM!

Rec'd a call from this number as well.  Didn't bother to pick up and waited to see if they would leave a message on my answering machine...of course they didn't....obvious SCAM....not worth my time dealing with them, but don't mind posting about it so that others can avoid falling for their tricks.  Don't waste your time with these people....just ignore the call and block them if you can.
