    Called 9/4/14 at 5:54 PM.  Caller ID showed "Neighbor" and this number.  Area code is in New York; I'm in California and do not know anyone in NY.  Zabasearch reported "no results"; intellius shows as land line in Haverstraw NY; numberinvestigator says "no records exist" for this number.  My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker which announces that we do not accept calls from telemarketers and to remove our number from their calling list.  On to the Black List they go.
