Received a phone call from this number today. I did not answer the phone, and they did not leave a message on my answering machine.
My caller ID reads this phone number as "Neighbor."
Funny how they can possibly be my neighbor, when I live in California and this call is from New York. LOL. With this type of caller ID name, they are probably scammers. Be cautious.

Robocall:  Nobody on the other end for several seconds, then a recorded message that never specified the reason for the call.  I hung up after about 20 seconds. I have a suspicion that this call is an automated live phone number harvester.

Did NOT Answer - Recorded message left on answering machine- Senior Alert System & $3000 of Grocery Coupons if you,
Push 1 and verify delivery address.  Push 5 To refuse and provider will be notified.

ID said "Neighbor" and I know no one from that number or area code. They left no message and called at 8:45 in the evening, no real businesses call that late.

This is just the latest number. I have received hundreds of calls from various numbers over the last few months all telling me they are from the prize verification company and I have won a major amount of money. usually they claim it's several million dollars, all I have to do is send them several thousand dollars for processing.... yea right.

My phone rang twice within minutes of each other on Wednesday evening, August 13th.  Caller ID in both instances said Haverstraw, NY and the number.  Since I know no one even remotely associated with anything in New York, I never answered.  Both calls rang 11 times before stopping.  I'm on the Do Not Call list but that has turned out to be worthless since no one in any government agency is doing anything to stop these scam callers, and the telephone companies certainly are not going to turn down the opportunity to sell blocks of hundreds of phone number to a boiler room operator.

Same here.  I have been receiving calls once or twice a day with the ID name as either a State, City or "Neighbor".  I'm also on the Do Not Call list.  I'm filing a complaint on this latest one - much good may it do.   I'm very thankful for this site as these calls are making me nuts and it's good to I'm not the only one!

Caller ID says Neighbor.  Never leaves message.

CallerID reads "NEIGHBOR".  Hung up when they got to where they should leave a message.

I continue receiving phone calls from "Neighbor" at 845-241-2313 in the evening but the caller never leaves a message. So tired of these calls.  

Did not answer, have been getting unwanted calls from this number several times..

Looks like the same old scammer using a new telephone number, and if you're not at home they will never leave a message.

Get this call several times. No message on answer machine. Caller ID lists Neighbor.  I live in Texas. My neighbors do not live in Neew York or Florida, Iam fairly sure.  This is a robo-call SCAMMER.
