    Scammers. Robo dialing tape running "Expired Vehicle Warranty" scam. Joe wants the person he called to tell them the year make and model of the expired vehicle they are supposed to be calling about!  There's dumb, dumber and dumbest scammers and this one takes the cake. They're making the Asian scammers look good. Joe shouldn't have called a secure location where the physical location of the caller is tracked. Scammers are now being classified as Domestic Terrorists and can no longer hide behind VOIP, this is 2019. Bundle up Joe for Gitmo II there's a new sheriff in charge.
