It's a recorded message telling me my company has been pre-approved for a loan. Likely a scam.

I didn't answer and no message was left

also the pre-approval thing... hung up.

Call from 845-335-1907. Caller ID said "Unknown Name." It is a recorded call saying "Hi. You are preapproved to receive a free medical alert system..."

just left a message to press "9" to be put on the do not call list

Keeps calling stating I have been pre-approved for something.

845-335-1907, they constantly call and hang up.  very annoying to us.  we never asked them to call so we feel like it is an invasion of our privacy.  especially when they call in the evenings.  after a long day at the office, harrassing phone call is not wanted.  weekends are just as bad.  some will call on a sunday.  it is against the law to bother you on sundays.  i think we should get their personal phone numbers and call them and constantly harrass them.  give them a taste of their own medicine.  better yet, arrest them and keep them in jail.  i have a running list of over 200 solicitor phone numbers and would like to turn it over to the right agency that will do something about the calls and make them stop.  i do not use the "do not call list" because i believe the list gets sold to the solicitor companies.

Called about an hour ago (and woke me up!).  A recording saying it was "Danielle" and that I was pre-approved to receive a free medical alert system.  I hung up on "her".

Lock up these jokers once and for all.  Is it supposed to be "political correct" for the public to have to put up with this crap.?   Get rid of them and their disturbance. The government is always coming up with some foolishness, so why can't they get serious and get rid of these people making these calls. Lay down the law and  ENFORCE it.  Too big a job for the government??????

phone company is "Aiding and Abetting" these type of harassment, by taking scammers money and not doing 'due diligence' to protect their own honest clients

Can't really be done at the present time.  Most of the scammers are located in India and Pakistan.  As such they are beyond the reach of anyone.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Caller ID reiterated the calling number.  No message left on voice mail. Seems that business has degenerated to the level where personal information is "shared" without full consent, and that individual's rights seem to be neglected. Disappointed that so many seem to be willing to prey on the naive. In my opinion, with all the scam calls, telemarketer calls, and unwanted sales calls, it is no wonder that land line phone use continues its decline, and I'd recommend cell phone numbers be kept secure, and given only to relatives and close friends.

Robocall message for Medical Alert System. Press 1 to speak, press 2 to asked to be removed from the list. Better just to block the number.

Recorded message offering financing of $75K to my business based on early criteria screening, press #1 for more info and #2 for removal from call list.  Let's see if they do in fact remove me.

This number called a federal gov't line, I have to pick up our main line.  the voice mail said If you are a business you can get ???? . I pushed 1 to get a lady on the line and told her not to ever call a Government agency ever again. she said we can put you on a no call list... I told her do so please... but don't random phone people if you don't know they are a business or not. I told her to quit scamming people and hung up. I thought I would take the time to annoy them instead of them everyone else in the world. If that number would have called my cell phone I would not have answered that call ... only if I know who's calling will I pick up.....

My call was supposedly from Garrison, NY.......blocker hung up for me.  If this call really is originating from someone in Garrison, maybe some West Point target practice from across the river might stop future calls?

that doesn't work because they still get the numbers without your permission and call cell phones also.
