Who is this caller

I received a call from this number saying that it was related to IRS issues which makes no sense - the IRS would send out a letter related to anything. This is definitely a scam.

There was a message, not even a person.  The message claimed to be an IRS agent and I or a "regional lawyer"  needed to call him back.

Scam call 8/31/16, caller said he was IRS officer Eric Foster. Voice message said to call back or have my Attorney call back. Made it sound urgent call back or else???
Reported number to IRS & State of NY AG office. Cussed me out when I called back asking Q's?

we received a call that my husband was going to be arrested in 1 hour for tax fraud, the caller identified himself as officer eric foster of the IRS  the number was 845 335 2490.  I called our local police department and they confirmed this was a fraudulent call.

Received a call 9/2/2016 @ 11:15 left no message I returned the phone call and ask 1 question and the guy swore at me told me the police are on the way and be ready to be arrested. Tried to call back the number and would not go through

I received the same call and voice message while I was at work from this number threatening the same outcome. Someone needs to find out who this is.

Left a voice message to call him back and have my lawyer call him or he could not be responsible for my consequences. I had this same call before and knew that he would say he was an officer from the IRS and that i would be arrested. On that call, I told him to come get me because I needed a long  vacation.

As if a government agency would be working on a holiday.

I reported to the IRS. Hope others have as well

Same exact scam call this am with the IRS officer name Eric Foster; How do they get cell numbers  ??? Reporting this # to IRS etc

9/7/16 Received SCAM call from  an "Eric Foster of the IRS" to call back or have attorney call back - on my behalf-urgent

Funny, when I returned the call I inquired as to when officers and not agents worked for the IRS.  I identified myself as a IRS Agent and told him to meet me at my office.  The bottom feeder hung up. It's a scam people.
