An attorney has been harrassing me from this number saying I owe money. He is threatening to have me arrested if i dont pay this. He has a heavy Indian Accent

Its a scam, file complaints with the FTC, and your  State attorney general office because these people have all your information to prevent identity theft.

Received no-stop calls from them 2days in a roll. They said I owe a payday loan from Jan 2011 that I have to pay. When "Joe Anderson" asked me if I wanted to settle or go to court, I said I will go to court. He then said, "okay mam, see you in court, bye bye" 10 mins later, he called and said he really wants to settle this over the phone. I hung up on him and we played call and hang up 20 tuimes in a roll.... LITTEREALLY! SKAM- They are theives that stole our information. Is there anything that can be done to locate these FOOLS? He was a man with a THICK middle eastern accent, and said his name was Joe Anderson. C'mon! Like I will belive that load of crap.

Called me 45 times today.  This is a scam big time,  how can we get it stopped

Hey, these peoples are not scam they are real one please trust them because i have paid them my outstanding loan and trust me i have received all of my documents. So please trust them and also let me tell you these are the real LOWERS. and i know Joe Anderson personally.

Rocky you are a dumb A**.  I have checked with NY Bar and Joe Anderson is not an attorney.  You may know him, but I am thinking that you are him.  This is a SCAM.  They tell me I am going to get arrested because I have an outdated Chase Loan for $736.  The funny thing is I have multiple Chase accounts and this is the first I have heard of it.  I even went as far as pulling all 3 credits reports and there is nothing on there just a few inquires from ATT and All State.  Beware of these guys.

I spoke to my attorney and she said if they are calling you at work it is illegal and that record or document everytime they call. If they left you a message on your voice mail save it!! You can SUE them for harassing you at work. Also if they are from the Attorney General's Office they know the rules about contacting you at work and the wording they use. The guy said his name is John Anderson. The stupid thing about it is when they call they have a person ask for you and then says hold on John (Joe) Anderson wants to talk to you. That is not professional. Also when you ask them questions they go around it and are never prepared for anything.
SAVE THE PHONE NUMBERS AND CONVERSATIONS IF POSSIBLE!!!

Its Real I Have Seen Their OFFICE. So please trust them please.

Ive received many phone calls from this number. Ive also received a call from (212)741-4811, which is a New York police station. I called the station back and spoke with a real officer and he told me that this is a huge scam, and that they will catch this person.

I am going to my local police dept and filing harrasement chargers.

I have revived mutiple calls from this number, i honestly almost sent them money. I'm glad I listened to my instincts and found out this is a scam. I'm reporting them to my local police department now. I can't beloved it. I was honestly in tears because they had me so scared.

you call 5 times everyday talking about I owe them money for a payday loan through CashNet.. that is not true, I told John Anderson that I contact Attorney General n he started laughing.

I'm receiving calls from this number but his name is not Joe Andersen. He is now going by attorney Steve Martin he also calls me from a 631-624-9030. He left me a voicemail which I have saved saying something that he feel sorry for me and that good luck and that he is going to send the police and the FBI to my house.

RYAN SMIT???  he didn't give the company name and his accent is soooooo very thick that you can understand only 2 words...then again, maybe he did give me the name.  (lol)

called my cell phone 2 x - my office 2x (i answered once to get his name) and then my cell number again.   a little persistent, but whatever.  based on what i've read, i won't be paying them anything.

got a call from this number and the guy said his name was kevin clark.  sounded a lot like someone i heard before.  ironically, i got a call from 631.625.9030 - the guy's name??? RYAN SMIT!!!  the same name that i'm looking at posted on may 4th.  i'm glad i looked at this.  this guy - i may have been inclined to speak with him but for the fact his english is absolutely HORRIBLE.

oh well - i don't know who they are collecting for, but if it's a payday loan...i don't have any and they are S.O.L.
