11/10 15:32 PST  Another unidentified fool expecting to get an answer from a machine.   I think this is the 6th so far today.  Several I couldn't really report because they show as private with no number and take on the number of the most recent call.  Really weird  because they show in my call log as "private"  lower case, until some other call comes in then the log changes and shows the number of the most recent call.

i just got a call from this number and they helped me out with my desktop computer and they are quite reliable ...... and i called them back after a couple of days regarding a different issue and they helped me yet again.i was assisted by a technician called davis and he was very polite and friendly.thank you

Even i got a call from this number but they helped me with my computer. My computer was freezing and it was really slow. It works much better now. And they have helped me several times with different issues. So, i dont know what you are talking about.

You are a fake and a scam shill!  The only persons who should be touching anyones computer is themselves, their  manufacturer, Real Windows support that they have called and/or maybe a real live tech they see face to face!

i just got a call from this number and they helped me out with my computer.and yap ..

Helped with my computer and removed all the problems..now the computer is running faster and better than before.

i also got a call from this number 8454811180.they said my computer is downloading unwanted files which are making my computer run slow day by day.the told me i need to remove those files from my computer.however they helped with my computer now its running fine ...its running much faster now.and after 4 days called them back regarding a new printer and they helped me again.i was assisted by a technician called Ron Jr and he was very polite and helpful thanks RON.

My computer was not working at all..they restored it from that point..helped with pop-up problems and also gave me proper contract for the payment i have made. They never told me they are from microsoft or some bull [***]. I dont think they scammed me. Really helped with my computer.

Just received a call from this number.  First they wanted to talk to the computer owner because they have had several alarms from my computer about my operating system.  I asked them, so what operating system do I use?  They hung up!!!

Why are you suddenly responding to a post from Nov. 2014?  This is pretty weird and if you read my posts, you would understand that I am aware of most of the scams and don't answer my most of time.

Just received a call from them claiming to want to help me fix my computer. I told the guy he was full of sh*t because I know Microsoft does not call people. I also told him to take my number off their calling list.  It took a minute to get my point across because the guy barely spoke English

These jerks have called my mom about a thousand times today. S.C.A.M. Do not answer!

Ask them 1) What version of Windows you are using, 2) What is your IP address.

I work in the IT department of a Fortune 500 company and if I let someone else access my computer I could expect to be fired pronto. Also, if my computer was infected, I would expect a call from security within my firewall before MS.
