I called this number back and the company is requesting $7900 for being audited by the IRS. I have never been audited. When I asked for paperwork to verify they told me that they didn't have to provide me paperwork; that they can take my checking account and my savings. Is this a scam?

I received a voicemail saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Assuming it is spam. I did not call back.

Got a message about the IRS and that I was being sued. I called back the number and did not get an answer. I’m suspecting it’s a scam.

Same as everybody here. Seems like a scam. Why would IRS make a law suit against me?  Interesting. I’m sure they would have certified mail if it was this serious. Don’t call back
