    Called my cell phone twice about 2 hours ago while I was on another call....no messages left.  I don't know anyone in Kingston NY.   Thanks to the reports on this site, and especially the good folks writing these, I will block this call. Thank you!

    Received computer-generated voicemail warning me that if I don’t call back “local cops” would arrest me for “4 serious violations”. No indication of what violations were about. Whoever typed the message had poor English grammar. Clearly a scam. Most likely not from the US
