Received call from this number, stating they are from tech support for my computer. He had a strong accent, probably from India. He said it was about my window 10. I told him I did not have a computer, he hung up on me.

This number has called several times, lots of background noise, says hello but leaves no message. Followed closely after a call from a different number claiming to be a Windows tech who detected problems with my computer, clearly a scam.

What do these people hope to gain by  calling and calling people? They have tied up my phone so many times with these bogus calls that I am thinking to end my service.  How can this be profitable? One in ten may give them information but I doubt it. I am sorry that with all the knowledge about computers, someone can not stop these calls.
