I get calls from this number and they hang up. When I called them back they tried to sell me some kind of insurance, What they do is they call u enough times and hangup until you call them back.

I get multiple calls from this number asking for some random person.  They haven't tried to sell me anything and never leave a message.  It is very annoying though.

Try going to white pages .com type in the # it will tell you who the service provider is then try callng them to complain.

I got another 2 calls from them today. The second one came in about 10 minutes ago. I ignored it both times but after this second time, I called the number back and she spoke rather fast but I got that they deal with banks and mortgage insurance sales. I told them very calmly that we were not interested at this point and to please take us off their list. She confirmed the phone number we wanted taken off the list (my home number) and said that it would be placed on the Do Not Call List.

I get two or three calls from them also, they do not leave a message.I'm glad i googled it. Thanks for the information heather. i will do exactly what you did. i will call and have them put meon the Do Not Call List.

I get 5 to 6 calls from them a day.  I have stopped answering and the calls increase.  I am on the no call list, however 6 months ago I changed my telephone carrier and have been getting calls like this daily. I called and spoke to a customer service rep. and asked that she take my name off of her list. She said she would document the information given to her and that I would "get no more solicitation".

I called and asked them to put me on their Do Not Call list two days ago.  I just got a phone call again.   They won't stop calling me.  This is annoying. I wish I had their home phone number so that I could call them and "return the favor."

I can't believe this I just decided t oput the phone number into google and found this site...I get calls every morning I will have to have them remove me also.  I have also heard of a person who won a law suit against a company who continued to call after being told not to. HMMM :)

This number calls me two or three times every single day. It may help everyone to go to https://www.donotcall.gov

The people from Chartered Mktng sounds suspiciously like the people who call from Ocwen Financial.  I think they are connected. Probably Ocwen having Chartered Mktng sell insurance for their home mortages.

These are always hang up calls. I am finding them very annoying.

I get call from them daily. 2-5x a day.  Mostly hangup calls or asking for people not living in my home. I am on the do not call list.

I get calls from this number all the time.  When I answer the phone, they hang up or ask for some bogus person.  I have called them several times and asked them to stop calling this number, but this does absolutely no good.  I think they call more now that I have asked them to stop calling.  I spoke with Veronica this morning and explained the same problem.  She said it may take 30 days to get removed.  I explained to her that I have called several times over the past year and still I am getting these calls.  I am on the national DNC, so I rarely get any of these crazy calls, but this company sure is persistent.  I'd like to get them fined for calling my number, but I cannot figure out how to do this right now.  If you know how we do this, please post it.

Ocwen works with Chartered Marketing. My mortgage is  with Ocwen and yes Chartered ALWAYS hangs up on my machine.

We have been getting calls from 847 463-5737 caller id shows Chartered Mkt. They never leave a message. We are on the do not call list, I guess I will go to the do not call registry and see if I can file a compliant.

They call several times a week. The last call was after 9:00pm! I'm never home when they call and they don't leave any messages. I thought solicitors couldn't call after 9pm?

We have been getting calls from this number for weeks. They call early as early as 6:30AM and even as late as 10:30PM. When we ask that they not call again they hang up but call again the following day. When they ask for head of household and sometimes business owner, we ask what it is concerning and they hang up. Does anybody know why the 'National Do Not Call Center' has not put a stop to this and other harassing phone callers?

What a pain and what a failure on the part on the 'National Do Not Call Center'!
